Hey! We know sometimes things don’t work out. If you didn’t like our product, you can initiate a refund request—no hard feelings!
To ensure a smooth and transparent refund process, please review our policy details below.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
For a refund request to be approved, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Timeframe: You must initiate the refund request within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept items showing signs of wear, damage, or usage.
Tags & Packaging: The Return/Refund tag must be completely intact. All original packaging—including the product box, main packaging box, and outer shipping cover—must be returned in its original shipping condition.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for any damaged or defective items.
2. The Refund Process: Step-by-Step
Raise a Request: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within the 5-day window.
Share Proof: Share your unboxing video with us so we can understand what went wrong and verify the issue.
Reverse Pickup: Once your request is conditionally approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. (Please note: Reverse pickup availability depends on your area's pin code).
Safe Packaging: Please pack the product securely. Boo Beauty will not be liable for any damages or losses that occur during transit back to us.
3. Quality Check (QC) & Rejection
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will perform a thorough Quality Check (QC).
If the product is found to be used, tampered with, or if any packaging/tags are missing, the refund request will be rejected.
In case of rejection, the product will be shipped back to your address, and the request will be permanently closed.
4. Charges & Deductions
A return shipping fee of ₹200/- will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is proven.
5. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods
Once the product passes our Quality Check, the refund will be processed immediately:
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We want to make refunds as easy as possible! For COD orders, you can decide how you want to be refunded. We can either transfer the amount directly to your bank account or credit it to your Boo Beauty Wallet for future purchases.

6. Third-Party Sales Platforms :
This policy applies strictly to purchases made through our official website. For products purchased via marketplaces like Amazon, Cred, or other external platforms, returns and refunds must be handled directly through those respective platforms and are not applicable here.
