We are always working to have your products delivered to you with love and care. Please read our shipping and delivery policy before making a purchase with us.

What is Boo Beauty's delivery process?

Processing Time: It takes 30 minutes to 6 hours for the order to be processed.
Delivery Timeline: Your order shall reach you within 3-7 working days across India.
Dispatched Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified on your given mobile number. If by mistake the phone number provided by you is invalid, we will get in touch with you over the email provided.
Same-Day Delivery: We also provide same-day delivery for Delhi NCR pincodes, which will be chargeable depending on the pincodes. Same-day delivery is only done during working hours (10 AM to 7 PM). If any order is placed before or after working hours, the order will be delivered during the next available working hours.

Important Shipping Terms:

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday, major holidays, and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following working day.
Delivery Partner: We use Shipdelight for our deliveries across India shipments.
Free Shipping: We offer free-of-cost delivery within the country for orders above 500/-.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on all orders. The Boo Beauty team will call or WhatsApp you for an order confirmation for a cash-on-delivery product before we dispatch your order.

🚨 Very Important: Please make a complete unboxing video of the package you receive in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No Return / Refund / Replacement will be accepted without valid video proof.

P.S: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience.
