Hey, We know sometimes things don’t work. If you didn’t like our product, you may return it, no hard feelings !! Let us let you know what all is needed for the return/Exchange:
Complete Unboxing video for any damages. The Return/Exchange tag needs to be intact, if its removed the same cannot be returned/Exchanged. The packing items including Outer Shipping cover, Box and product box should be in the same shipping condition.

Please reach us out on WhatsApp or email to raise the return/exchange.

Please share the unboxing video so we will know what went wrong and how we can make it right.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup & you will get your exchange product. In case of refund, it will be Credited as soon as the return is received by us and the quality check is done.
Please keep these things in mind:

Timeframe: You have a 5-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return/exchange.

Convenience: To make the process hassle-free for you, we offer reverse pick-up services. Please note that this feature depends on your area's pin code.

Condition: For a smooth return/exchange process, kindly ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original condition (including Outer Shipping cover, Box and product box should be in the same shipping condition). We will not be able to accept products showing signs of wear/damage or if any product packaging is missing.

Safety: Boo Beauty will not be liable for any damages and loss that occur while the goods are being returned, so please pack the product safely.

Charges: There will be a return charge of 200/- until there is no manufacturing defect.

Return/Exchange Rejected: Once we get the Return/Exchange, we will do the QC. If in the QC the return/Exchange is found to be tampered with, there is anything missing from the packaging item, or the product is found to be used, the same will be shipped back to the given address and the return/Exchange will be considered closed.
Terms & Conditions:

Time-bound Returns: Products returned beyond the 5-day period, or those showing signs of use or damage, or returned back without the complete package, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Sales Platform: For sales from platforms like Amazon, Cred or other marketplaces, returns may not be applicable from our website.

Refund: Refunds will be processed once the product is returned back to us and our team does the quality check. Refund will be done to the original payment method. Only in terms of COD orders, the refund will be added to the Boo Beauty wallet.

Sale Items: Return/Replacement is not available for sale items.

Items: These are the Items which don't fall under Return/Exchange Policy - damaged.
